Engaging in online classes

I can make sure I "engage" with an online class by being interactive in the classes and doing my best on assignments. I can also make sure to learn from my mistakes when making them on assignments to improve my writing. Also i can make sure I "engage" with an online class by making sure I check my email and classes everyday so I do not miss anything new. I can also make sure to communicate clearly with my instructors if I have any questions or need help with the class. With that being said I can also communicate with my classmates on assignments and forums/blogs to stay interactive in the classes like you would in a face to face class. I can also make sure all my assignments are turned in on time and not late. Therefore I can also make sure I maintain a positive learning attitude to ensure a better learning experience for my self. I am sure this is going to be an interesting semester for me and a great learning experience. I believe if we all communicate with each other and stay focused we will all be just fine on staying "engaged" in our classes. Therefore this is how I can make sure I stay "engaged" in my web based courses throughout this semester.

  1. Alisia, I really like your suggestion to learn from your mistakes on previous essays. Although the assignments might be different, many of the skills and characteristics of effective writing will remain the same. So, yes, your previous mistakes can help you improve your future writing.
